Welcome to Dubai International Private School,
Dear Students, Parents, and Staff,
Welcome to a new academic year at Dubai International Private School – Al Garhoud! I hope you had a restful and fulfilling summer break and return with a sense of excitement and readiness for the opportunities ahead.
As we begin this new journey together, I am proud to reaffirm our shared commitment to educational excellence, innovation, and student-centered learning. This year, we are focusing on three key priorities that shape our vision for the future and are essential to our school’s continued growth and success:

Our commitment to academic excellence remains at the core of everything we do. With the conceptual understanding model guiding our approach, we aim to deepen learning and inspire curiosity. Across all grade levels, we are enhancing reading and research literacy, with carefully selected resources and teaching strategies designed to empower every learner. Our educators are prepared to provide meaningful, engaging learning experiences that support both academic growth and personal development.
Purposeful Use of Technology
We continue to embrace the purposeful use of technology to enrich teaching and learning. By expanding integration of digital interactive tools, platforms, and data-driven practices, we aim to personalize learning, improve outcomes, make learning more engaging and relevant, and prepare our students to succeed and be future ready. Inspired by Dubai Government vision, we are equally committed to developing digital citizenship—ensuring our students become responsible, ethical, and informed users of technology.
Student Wellbeing at the Core
True success is only possible when students feel safe, supported, and connected. This year, we are expanding our efforts to promote student wellbeing—physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our counsellors and staff are working closely to empower and support students through programs that build resilience, empathy, teamwork, and healthy communication. Our goal is to maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment where every student feels valued and heard.
